i dont think howard would like this shit.. but im curious to know if a C&D letter could be thrown at the webmaster for using this type of advertising?

it seems like a lot of people/sites use this - I have seen tons of sites... does HS actually feature porn sites on his show?

he often allows people to plug when they are guests on his show.. but as far as endorsing, like that same is portraying, it doesn't happen. from what I know Stern is against people profitting from his name.

true but i highly doubt stern said that.

people have been doing this for a long time on paysites, bogus endorsements/connections to the Howard Stern show. I don't think Howard really cares. CBS does hunt down people who put up sound bytes from the show, i have about 5 or 6 letters from Sanford whatshisname the CBS lawyer who sends out the C&D's.

Howard has personally endorsed a couple of sites that he personally loves - Mr. Skin and NetVideoGirls. He's had lots of porn girls on and others who have plugged their adult sites. They went down with the E! show crew to VoyeurDorm years ago and did a live hookup with the girls from Voyeur Dorm.

now there will be a 73% increase of HS Endorsements on all paysites.
