Got a 700mb avi, i just need to remove like 15 seconds worth of stuff..

whats the best editor program to do it?

Try Virtualdub. Its a really good program and free too

That what I use for messing with raw video captures. If 'direct stream copy' is available it won't have to recompress the entire video :thumbsup
