Anyone who reads this post, if you try and distribute my videos that SOBE has of mine, I WILL PROSECUTE, im not spending the money now with the bullshit hes pulling , But I find my videos on DVD, I dont care what Erik posts here, I will come after you. ANd it will cost us all alot of money.

And have always been on Joe's side because ethically you fucked him over by what you did. I have always allowed that the deal u did do with Joe might be ok legally, judge might say Joe just made a very bad deal and should have got everything in writing - you did pay for those movies to resell as web content. You fucked him over royally when you made those movies worthless by seling them for nothing just because you got scared of Jonathan Silverman's Content Blowout.

BUT NOTHING was ever discussed nor written between you and Joe about you having any rights beyond licensing web content. You have ZERO right to sell DVD rights to that content - you have ZERO ownership ZERO copyright to those movies.

You also make a fool of yourself offering DVD rights for 25 dollars a pop - do you know how much of a rube it makes you look like? Do you think anybody with the ability to market adult DVDs is going to have any confidence buying content at that price? First thing that will enter their mind is that you are a small time scammer. And they would be right.

Everyone who sees this thread will know, but if hes soliciting via email (for example), and has copies of records for his footage, then it comes down to prosecuting "SOBE" for fraud and a few other Federal charges.

The secondary producer will be considered a victim, likely ordered to C&D, and opens another suit; "Secondary Prod". VS "SOBE".

First of all, Joe sold me those sets and I own them. He sold them to SoBeGirl, gave me all the tapes and model rel forms and photo IDs. I paid for them to own them and do as I wish. I did not pay Joe 10 thousand dollars so I have to ask him what I can and can not do with them. That is a broker. I am not a broker.

SoBeGirl is my business. IF I want to sell things for very affordable prices I will do it. And I will. I paid Joe over 10 thousand dollars for some of his content and I WILL and I AM selling them. And I am selling my own productions at the same prices and I have more of them than I do of anything else.
