basically they want to give doctors the right to refuse service to anyone based on "moral objections", specifically homosexuality.

it is still illegal of course to refuse service based on religion, race, etc...

If an illegal alien runs into hospital they MUST SAVE THEM and this save denied Californians healthcare.

so they dont have the right to ask if you are even a citizen or illegal alien but they can deny you service if you are gay.
