And, it is not. It is fairly priced. It is not a steal but definitely not overpriced. So far I put few names on auctions here with over 80% success rate selling them. we'll see how this one goes tomorrow.

Funny but those who offer their 1 cent are usually not domain buyers. They never spent 1k, 5k, 20, or 100k per domain in their lives, never will.
Good news.. some are domain buyers and for a good reason. Domains are still one of the best investments known to man and if I didn't support what I just said I wouldn't be owning so many of them myself.
My last sale turned out to be 750,000% ROI within three years :)

I guess there are 2 major problems with midget sites :

1 - Content. The content is limited. You just can't offer new midget content over and over every month.

2 - Rebilling. Well, with the content problem. That's a huge issue. Why would people pay 35$ a month when it took them 2 hours to see all the midget pictures and movies. So the paysite need to have tons of other pictures, movies, plugins, games.. whatever..

And I think that most people signing up for a midget paysite is propably because they are curious.. That's it. Unless you're a midget yourself or are really into midget sex, I don't see how a paysite can grow.

I would use midget.com to form a army of little people to help me on my world domination plan.

ok I've been trying to get info on what makes a domain name good. After reading many boards, the dnforum and doing about
100 google searches, im still a little bit lost.
From what i can gather,keywords are a plus.
Google PR above 4 is also a plus.
Are there any domain name afficionados here that could answer
what else makes a good domain name?
How would a person go about pricing domains if they wanted to
sell a few?
Are .net domains any good? or are the Prime domains only .com?
Anyone that buys and sells domains regularly I would appreciate
any info you may have. Thanks in advance all, and I look forward to any help you may have.

most people buy domains based on the current typein value...

you can use overture's search suggestion tool to search for the domain.com then divide that number in half approx to get a conservative number of daily typeins.

then on avg you can multiply that number by $0.06 to $0.08 to get daily revenue and most people will pay 1-3yrs of reveune for a domain.

Also it depends on the name... some really niche typeins do well and also VERY generic terms do very well also as it is likely a porn surfing noob who would type in freesex.com etc :2 cents:

ok so lets say I type in for my domain
facial teens ( returned 15K + ) .
I divide that by 2 (7500) then mulitply that by
.08 cents and that makes the daily return.(580)
then I again multiply that by 1-3 years (211,700.00 = 1 YEAR
)to get an estimated value of the domain?
Is this close or am I way off base?

I've been searching now for days on info about domains etc
and realize most domain appraisals are insanely over priced.
Can you give me an idea on how to get a real value of domains?
As I asked previously, are .com's the only worthwhile investment?
Does having keywords in a 2 or 3 word .com make a domain more valuable? Google pr, what value does it add?
I recently purchased a domain that I'm damn sure would be
excellent for a sponsor or someone that knows exactly how to milk the name for all its worth, so Im just trying to gather info.

the keyterms are hard call. They dont determine if the surfers are looking for porn or not, thus the real value per click is lower.

That's what I was thinking too. Free email service would be pretty cool too.

Maybe building a 'real' midget personals site. Small people need love too. :)

You shouldn't type in "facial teens" in the overture tool, you should try "facialteens.com", which return 0 results and probably near to 0 type-ins.

Try "nudeteens.com" - 602 results, traffic probably about 300 daily indeed.

But i don't think that you should multiple that by $0.06 - $0.08 , i think that would be too much.
Maybe rather $0.03 - $0.05

I think it is an exaggeration that type-in traffic is so golden and alsways converts at 1:250 with no effort.
