Does somebody know a way to trace an ip down to a specific person? I just get to the provider and see that the person is probably using adsl...

You need to subpoena the records from their ISP if you want to know more. :(

But if the reason you want that info is good enough you probably can get the host to contact the person for you.

Yeah there should be a way around I think. It has been seen before. I dont want to go the illegal way but its just one ip of a person pulling stupid stunts....
I am afraid the isp wont give it. They wont find it severe enough.
