Mandalay Bay
|
I live here in Vegas and although I've yet to stay in one of the strip hotels, here are a few tips.. Hope they help:
Mandalay Bay: Excellent hotel with great views, just make sure youre on the correct side of the building. One faces the airport and one the strip. Just be sure to ask. Luxor: OK hotel, but if you get put into the rear tower, you wont see shit. Try to stay in the pyramid, near the top - and on the correct side. So many possibilities. MGM Grand: Not bad at all. Youre near the end of the strip (near Mandalay) but the tower isnt bad. You get a great view of that end of the strip but its set rather far back from the road. The Palms: Although NOT a strip locale, the tower offers a ridiculous view of the strip and old town. Stratosphere: This is a much older building, but the hotel town does offer a great view of the strip from the north end. If you happen to end up on the wrong side of the building, you'll get a nice view of old town. Hope this helps and hope you have a killer trip. |
View? In Vegas?!?!
If you are looking outside you are wasting time! |
Aladdin strip suites have the best view of the Bellagio fountains and that part of the strip.
Mandalay - especially on the House of Blues floor is incredible on the strip side Four Seasons - same as Mandalay, their 180 suite is listed as the best suite in Vegas by all the travel mags Venetian -- shitty service, the view from the right floors is nice tho Have a good trip -- |
I've stayed on the top floor of the Mirage facing the strip and fire water. Beautiful! :thumbsup

All the years of going to Vegas, and the view from the Ghost Bar at the Palms gave me an incredible new perspective on Las Vegas, I was speechless over that view. |
