Ach processing
 

Does anyone know of good ach processing company that will allow adult stuff?

I'm looking for something with lower fees. I know some 3rd party companies charge 10% or so for checks which seems very high to me considering that they don't have to deal with scrict chargeback risks like credit cards.

I know lots of merchant account companies do ach, but they don't want to do adult stuff.

I just called this smartchex company and guy said that they don't do adult ach.

He said that the organization that makes rules for ach (nacha) has rules against that.

It seems like religious and conservative type people have their hands into all sorts of things. Ach and credit cards.
