WTF is that? Google Ad Words VAT for Eu citizens?
To current EU citizens - do you pay VAT on Google Ad Words?
What does it mean? If you spend $100 on campaigns, they are also charging you 22 or 7% VAT ? WTF ? |
:Oh crap
but at least i am not spending much on them |

So for $100 a US advertiser gets 2000 clicks (assumed all bids are set to minimum CPC) To get these same 2000 clicks a EU advertiser has to pay around 145 US dollar (2000 clicks x 0.05 euro + 21% VAT = 121 euro => equals around $145 ) nice, eh? |
same with findwhat :(

If you're registered as a company or even self employed, you can claim back all sales tax. I think most countries in the EU don't have a minimum amount to be vat registered.
The UK does but its low, if you're not earning that much you wouldn't be buying addwords. So if you do this legally, it makes no difference at all, as its 100% reclaimable. |
haha that sucks
|
As European you are a client of Google Ireland and you are paying the V.A.T. of Ireland (19% ???)
