Magazine Votes 'Worst Song Ever'
http://edition.cnn.com/2004/SHOWBIZ/....ap/index.html
When I saw this story I quickly thought of dozens of songs that would qualify. Then when I saw which song got voted worst song ever it brought back memories. The song that got voted was used by a local radio station when I was a teenager because they wouldn't play anything other than rock. It was their theme song for that station. Now I can call em' and tease the fuck out of them. |
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Not Achy Breaky heart :( ebony and Ivory agree with :throwup

I agree. Sure some of the songs are shit but how did "Sounds of Silence" get in there. Lots worse songs come to my mind. :BangBang: |
Billy Joel's "We Didn't Start the Fire"
Oh shit I hated that song even more now than when it came out. What a LAME attempt to sing about history and grab attention akin to Don McLean's "American Pie". |
Interesting how most of those songs were in the 80s, maybe someone had a rough time in high-school and now they're blaming the tunes.. I didn't care too much for most of those songs, but I guess they got a little bit more air time than they deserved, thanks to MTV.

from my point of view, this top 50 sucks.... wtf, they say that "Don't Worry Be Happy" (Bobby McFerrin !!!) is one of the 10 worst songs EVER !
I say who the fuck made such votes ?? :helpme |
The people who voted for the list must have had really bad days! I must agree that some songs were really something! I mean, something you don't want to hear ever again! :1orglaugh
|
You would think the worst songs of all time would have to be the ones that never made any charts at all, because obviously some people liked them if they managed to get that popular.
Just because they forced us to listen to them so much it made us sick, doesn't necessarily mean they were a bad songs. However, Party All The Time by Eddy Murphy definately needed to be on that list. :1orglaugh |
