Chargebacks reasons
My chargeback ratios through credit card in CCBILL or Verotel are almost zero, but I notice that all chargebacks had the same origin.
The users downloaded all content (video and pics) then send an e-mail 2 days later that was unable to see the content and wants his money back. Well, you give it back in the first time.
3 months later they try to sign up again and try to cancell for the same reason. As my system detected the kb downloaded by user I think this guys should be put in blacklist of billing processor, because they are a real mother f.
