Jailed rap mogul Marion 'Suge' Knight is showing fans his caring side, by compiling a new album to benefit the financially troubled families of soldiers in Iraq.

Knight is working with various rappers and record labels to put the hip-hop compilation together.

He says in a statement, "I'm not taking any kind of political stance on the war, however, with so many soldiers now in Iraq for more than a year, I'm concerned about the families they've left behind."

The album is expected to be released before Christmas

It's more like, that is the only way he can keep his name out there since most states etc have laws about inmates making profits... Not that its not a nice thing to do, but there is a kickback value. :glugglug
