How Can You Walk Away From This Face?

The wife and I decided to take on the responsibility of a second pet. Although, we will try and convince the boys it's their responsibility, we felt our 4 year old dog Bullet, could use a companion. So we went to the pound to adopt a surrendered adult dog but didn't find any suited to be Bullets mate. We just happened to walk by some puppies and although we didn't want to do the house-training thing again, we just couldn't walk away from this little guy. The boys have named him Bandit.

I would not only walk, but run away from that face. I'm just not a dog person.

I guess I'm gonna have to get one though, since my wife thinks all kids should have a dog.

cross breeds usually make great family dogs

Mr. Marks 04-20-2004 10:17 PM

Looks pretty cool! Just be sure to let the kids know their share of the responsibility in everything connected with the dog. That way, you won't have your hands full all the time.

What a nice dog. How is your other dog getting along with him? I remember when my friend introduced his new dog to the other dogs they started fighting.

They've been walking, playing with and cleaning up the shit of our first dog for a couple years now. They're actually pretty good at it. A helluva lot better then when I was their ages.

Old dog loves him. He already lets the puppy jump on him and bite on his tail. We are making sure to not let Bullet feel left out or else we can expect our 110 lbs Rott to start pissing in the pee-pee clothes to get attention!

nice looking dog mate:thumbsup

Someone left this (3 month old) little guy at the pound..

We saved him from death row.

Looks real cute! It's also good to know that the two goes along well. Just be sure not to let the other feel left out, othewise you will start having problems.

Nothing but good eye. I just happen to get two pics of him in the same stride while walking

I don't blame you... he is adorable and I'm a cat person... I would have taken him home too! Good luck with the potty training!

He's 14 now. I got him at 5 1/2 weeks old, and if I hadn't taken him he would have been shipped off to the pound. I couldn't resist his little puppy face, and can't resist him to this day.

We found this little guy wandering around a state park. He had a registration tag but the number hadn't actually been paid for, so the council couldn't track down his owners. He's in another home now, hope he's doing well. :) (we would have kept him if we didn't have 2 cats, and a small backyard...)

His curious look was so cute that I decided to use him as my 404 image.
