Site is currently a PR4 with 400-500 unique per day.

I haven't updated it or anything for quite a while, it is just sitting there right now, all traffic is pretty much search engine traffic.

Ya, I bought this site from Brad and worked with Brad on it for a while. I just don't have time to update and really don't want to do anything with it right now..

Domain name was just re-registered a few days ago so it is good for pretty much a full year.

I'd say it is worth a good $600. The domain has been around for years and has some good bookmark traffic too.
