The values may be small to each individual account holder, but the total over payment was over $50,000. I had to recoup that money. If the over payment wasn't that large, I would have just let it go. I wonder why no one came forward and said that we paid them more than what their stats said they were owed, but everyone is quick to rag on us for taking it back.

Well, if the overpayment to me was 50K i would have notified you...or fled to cuba, but since it was 2.48 i thought it was from the dialer or some other thing. you guys got so many programs i cant keep track of them anymore. :)

Wow ... ARS are getting smaller and smaller ... You had to do 10-15k a week to be in the top . Now it's 1-2k.
