The owner of the domain sex.com, Gary Kremen, has made a settlement with domain registrar Verisign, over an aligation that they had failed to return the domain to its rightful owner.

Yah, that thing has been going on forever. I'm sure he's glad it's over with.

I wonder if this will cause other hi-jacking cases to be sped up or new suits started with this precedent?
