yep, i hear it all the time considering atleast %70 dont speak any english. its was annoying when i was younger trying to find a job. any decent job where you'd deal with customers directly required you to be bilingual. id call and ask just to verify. bilingual = english/spanish.

What you have to realize we have more and more people comeing to are county everyday. They come from all walks of life and speak mutliple laugages. There are many who do not know english yet and would have the same problem as you as you stated about not geting a job because you didnt know the lanuage.
