Yes there is. In the Search tool, go to the very bottom and next to Payment Options, select PayPal. I just did and there are 77 sponsors listed.

Paypal will eventually shut down anyone doing "adult transactions". It's just a matter of time before they get to your account, and to your sponsor's account.
