Trying out a diet any suggestions.. I used to be a hardcore health freak.
I have gained 35 lbs this past 2 years from 135ish to 170
I was on the Varisty Wrestling team.... So how should I loose weight? I started by not drinking Soda's,Coffee, and beer. I switched to 100% water and Once in awhile I will have OJ and Milk. I stoped eating Fast foods. Switched to salads. As well as other nasty crap. What else should I try... My Blood pressure was 170/93 which was VERY high.. |

My suggestion is to exercise more... sitting at the computer as much as most of us do is what causes weight gain.
Cutting out the worst of the foods will definately help. Drinking lots of water is good. If you eat a lot of carbs, try lowering your carbs and adding more fruits, veggies, and proteins. |

Try jogging or brisk walking, lots of exercise and take pineapple juice instead of OJ.
