Around here they throw a little party with live bands and all that kind of stuff at a park right across from the police station which is 1 street away from the UCSB campus.

People sit there smoking out in the open with cops not doing a thing. I wouldn't believe it if I didn't see it - but its true.

However, I have no balls and am too afraid to go out there and smoke in front of cops....I try not to push my luck :1orglaugh
