Verotel and Ticketsclub
Got the mail from them, seems like they switched all smaller webmasters to Ticketsclub now and all signup links go to the Ticketsclub website.
It might be a smart move (hopefully) but it's a pity that they overlooked some things like changes in the admin panel reflecting the move or forgetting to provide webmasters with graphics to put on the join page (Ticketsclub logo etc)... And it seems that the sales do not appear in the 'click to buy' section in the admin panel - any other Verotel webmaster experiencing the same? |
It looks like they have been down in terms of processing today for about 8 hours. There was another big slowdown last Friday.
I've just looked at a site that has been moved to ticketsclub and it looks to me that the interface is confusing in terms of directing new sales to payment, especially if they are not native English speakers. As well the Verotel pages are loading very very slowly, worst I have seen from them. |
I can't stand frames - and they force you to show your site inside a frame.... YUK! The whole thing is very very confusing to customers IMO ... Time to move on...

Verotel is good

I am no longer using Verotel but have some recurring. I did a test logging into their ticket center with valid id/pass and was rejected.
What a nightmare for those that have to deal with "ticketsclub". Their signup page has interesting wording... managing websites. I guess they are no longer a processor? |
