Need Info On Traffic Site!

I did a search on paypl for traffic sources that accept paypal. I came across http://www.trafficgirl.com/ . Anyone know about them?

What are you going to use it for. If they only sell popunder traffic just dont buy it. Popunder traffic is useless even for feeding tgps since most of them will load your site with a few other sites. Useless :P.
