Need advice on how to promote affiliate program
 

I am ready to look for some really good affiliates for my new program. Its a toolbar type program which pays for installs and it works best with high traffic sites.

What is the best way to find webmasters with high traffic sites?

Yeah it does.

But your best bet would be to make a site for the shaite and buy ad places in cheap places, such as GFY.
..or ICQ spam. I've been spammed a few times by asshats with similar programs.
