Is there an easy way to do this? ccbill declines card verotel gets affiliates credit
 

I want to setup my affiliate program so that affiliates will receive credit for sales when CCBill declines a card and the surfer is forwared to a Verotel signup page. Any fairly easy way to do this?

If I understand you correctly you need affilate software such as a casgading script that has all the billers integrated. I Use a program called NATS for my affiliate program "Duke Dollars."
