Hell yea! Every male actor uses it and probally other stuff too. Yellow Menace from meat cash had a vid of some dude injecting some type of injectible into the penis for lasting harder erections. Maybe this explains how max hardcore can pee with an erection??

It depends on how many shoots he has to do in one day, if it's one normally not, if it's 3-4 shoots in a day then yes.
That only applies to the guys that can keep the cum flowing too.
