BREAKING NEWS - Sosa becomes Cubs all-time home run leader
--------------------------------------------------------------- April 18, 2004 Chicago Cubs slugger SAMMY SOSA homered in the first inning today at Wrigley Field and is now the franchise's all-time home run leader with 513. Sosa entered the game tied with Ernie Banks. Sosa has now tallied 542 career homers and ranks 10th on Major League Baseball's all-time home run list.
