Holy cow, my wife graduated Baldwin Highschool and I was born in Forest Hills. Small world. I used to work for Kaufmanns and she KDKA.

I hope we do too, but it's so hard for a sports team to do well in Vegas. The casinos don't want to send their customers out of the casinos. Fans would rather sit in an air conditioned sports book with $1 beers and $1 hotdogs than pay $5 for parking, $20-30 for a ticket, $5-6 for a beer, $3-4 for a hotdog, etc.

The city barely supports the Las Vegas 51's (the Dodgers AAA Affiliate) and has never shown a lot of support for even championship teams.
