I have seen lots of anti French posts from many in the USA. I hate to tell you this, but the Statue of Liberty which you all love is French. Sorry.:1orglaugh

The only thign french did is having balls to tell USA that they were WRONG . Now that you were proved WRONG and went without the approbation of the council do a stupid war, just admit it and make an excuse to france and all your international relations will be much better .

I saw a group of French soldiers talking amongst themselves, so I walked up to them thinking I would tell them a good French joke I heard recently. The second I opened my mouth they got shit-scared and ran away. I had to stomp out all their cigarettes myself.

I don't think that many people in the US "hate" the French...and if so it's probably not because of Iraq, the feelings most likely existing before.

I hate to tell you this just as much as you hated to tell us that but in all honesty most Americans dont really give a fuck about the Statue of Liberty or the French. Its just something for tourists to do while visiting the East coast.

It was a nice gesture when it happened but at this point it really isnt that big of a deal.

The French army was a force to be reconed with......

The French were probably just throwing out the Statue anyways...it was probably this big inside joke we weren't made aware of and the French are laughing their smug asses off...
