how could someone upload the pic to an FTP for you if they don't have the pic and the FTP server isn't working?

or is your FTP software broken? you could just grab a freeware ftp program and do it.

How can you be a webmaster if you can't upload or work an ftp?

I am not a webmaster and i can send the pic to the person who will upload it for me.
