the answer is simple.. sponsor programs have been fucking the surfer over for the last god knows how long and they are finally starting to wise up to it

i just took a sponsors tour and on the join page in point 2 font were 2 cross sells and also a 'vip' membership to a mega site

of course they advertise a $3 trial on the tour but they bill the fucking surfer $200

One of these days a surfer will take a sponsor to court for unauthorized use / charge to their cc and I imagine a whole boatload of charges like fraud etc. It's just too bad that a civil case can't put someone in jail. That should slow that down a little. :1orglaugh
