If you were going to buy some stock today what would you buy?
 

I'm thinking of things I can buy and hold on to for another 3-5 years.

any suggestions?

If you are looking to hold for only 3 to 5 years, I would go with one of the bigger biotech companies.:2 cents:

gold

gold is in a constant up.

i'd look into health food. organic food. that sort of stuff.
maybe health/organic store chains.

If and when howard stern jumps on one of these networks, the stock is going to sky rocket. Other stocks I would put my money in right now, yahoo, pepsico, and I would also wait till google becomes public.
