Beer never Cigs all the time

stopped smoking cigarettes two months ago, no real problems.

Just don't give up HOPE (the virtue, not the cigarette brand :winkwink: )

cigs are nasty.

strange to say I am a canadian who doesnt drink beer - but am trying to give up cig's - down from 3 packs a day to 3 cigs a day

Well, goodluck on your cut down! I'm still working on smoking less sticks per day. I don't think I can ever quit it.

gave up cigs when i was a teen..all about replacement and the first few weeks

I dont use or used cigs...
but beer? ALLWAYS! :thumbsup
