should I go back to school? I'm thinking of takiing up a master's degree, but do you think it's still worth it? Does it really makes a difference in the corporate world now?

Education is very important if you realy have time it good to back to study

Depends on your situation, where you work etc.

If you're at a fairly large or mid sized corporation, you probably won't get into upper management without an MBA.

You're better of sticking with an up and coming company and RISE with the company when it rises. Nothing beats starting on the ground floor with an up and coming company.


Moreover, grad degree is not a guarantee of big $$$. I know people from grad school who graduated with me who are making the SAME as people with a bachelors. Its NOT the degree. Its the PERSON.

If you're a good worker and willing to put value into your company and the company grows with it, you'll grow with it.
A little patience and self-sacrifice (things our parents thought us) these are what lead to PROGRESS.

Getting an MBA cant hurt you. Find a college thats flexible with class hours and location. Knowledge is power.
