I have been promoting icoocash.com sites and made good money, yet thy have not paid me. The cash just gets rolledover to the next month.

Has anyone got cash from them yet.

I have sent two emails to them, and not heard a thing.

I've ready many comments on here that people wont get paid, and i'm starting to believe that

I would not post, but they do not email me back.

I have had other sites not pay, but they have emailed me anmd said it will get sorted, and after a few weeks they do pay. I understand some sites have bugs in therte system from time to time, but no emails and the fact that cash is rolled over, is not good. In fact I am a not pleased as I have put effort and time into promoting them.

I have even said to other webmasters to promote them, and yet this is how I am treat.

And yet I have had a lot of customers use them.

You do realise that the number of downloads doesn't necessarily equal a payout? They could be free downloads.

Also what is your minimum payout set to?

I asked to be paid by check.

Claims on a delay of payments were only at one, which itself has not correctly specified the data.

Payout:

For sales processed in period 1-15 of each month, payout date is 8th of next month.
For sales processed in period 16-31 of each month, payout date is 22th of next month.
You will get paid directly from us no matter which payment processors used by your referred customers.

2Allanuk; We always pay to all of our partners. Just you didn't earn your minimal amount in the period 01 Mar - 15 Mar, that is why your earnings have been set for next payout period.
You should get them on 22-nd of April.

About your emails. I did not get any actually.

For support you need to use [email protected] not icoosoft not icoonet and all will be fine, also there is a form inside partner interface to contact us. And as icoo_rdv said we have our own support board where I'm trying to reply asap. And we have 2 ICQ numbers that you can get from ANY email we sent you (i.e. registration email).

So I take it that you pay a month later. That is fine. it just needs to be made more clear.

Word of advice STOP PROMOTING THEM

If they have not paid you

There 3 weeks hold.

For sales processed in March 01 - March 15, you supposed to get paid at 8-th of April (just you didn't get more than your minimum for that time)

That forwarded balance + For sales processed in March 15 - March 31, you supposed to get at 22-nd of April because then you have that amount more than your minimal.

It's very simple math actually, and I can assure you that you'll get every cent of your commission.

Personally for me it's not a big deal to pay to Mr. Allan right now, but aren't such boards designed to ask questions and get answers?
