I was thinking the same thing earlier. With all the money in this world why aren't they finding a cure faster? Why aren't they teaching them about protection - enforce it or better yet, compensate them for keeping clean. That's incentive enough for most of these people in third world countries to wear a condom. Don't send money to their governments, it's going in the acting party's personal bank accounts.

Mayber the other world governments are thinking it will be easier to feed the hungry once the population has diminished - then they'll be heroes for feeding the hungry.

Interestingly enough Bono and ex-Secretary of Treasury O'Neill took a trip to Africa a couple of years ago to see what can be done about the Aids epidemic. Apparently O'Neill was convinced there was more that the US could do to help, interestingly enough he got fired by the current administration and recently Bono was being harassed for 'vulgar language'. Think what you want, strange coincidence..
