The Apprentice - How many of these people are really just actors?

This show is cast way too perfect.

I'd bet a few of these folks are really actors and the producers are bullshiting us that they're entrepreneurs.

Most things on so called realtiy TV are faked so well now you can't tell what's real and what's made up within the show.

When you go on gameshows out in LA if you're an actor you can accept payment at scale in lieu of prizes...at least that's the way it was when I was out there years ago.

Fletch XXX 04-15-2004 08:42 PM

KRl you should know better than to believe half this reality shit.

i drive pass the actor camps on my way to my po box on ventura.

universal citywalk was paved with the dreams of these folks.

I had a friend who was a model and got cast on a Jenny Jones show. It was broadcast as all couples being reunited since high school who had changed dramatically. She said every single person on the show was cast from an agency and weren't real.

Someone should call for Goldman Saks and say Kwame has applied for a job at their company and they are verifying his work references.

That'd be killer for the smoking gun if they said Kwame? We show no records of any employees with that name.

It's listed in his bio, but a quick google search seems to confirm it.

When he got the chance to be on "The Apprentice," Jackson asked for a six-week leave of absence, but his bosses at Goldman Sachs refused to grant it.

They are not actors... just carefully chosen people... not always for their business skills but some for their entertainment values...

Do you think Sam and Omorosa are actually normal people that would accept to have their reputation ruined for this...? Omorosa has to be one of the most hated person in america... she is just pathetic...

OK, then how do you explain Kristi Frank doing this?

yeah... like many people.. she had many jobs.. she has done some acting gigs... its no secret... but that doesnt mean in any way that she acted during this show...

Again... its IMPOSSIBLE that anyone with a minimum of intelligence would accept to play the "Omorosa" part... :1orglaugh Think about her reputation right now,...

Brujah 04-15-2004 09:59 PM

It was all REAL man.. why must you be so jaded ?

People who apply for reality shows arent generally "actors" (although some are) but they do all crave attention, so they may have done a commercial, or some other acting gig in the past.

I know for survivor, they have to follow strict game show regulations.

As for apprentice, when you have a ton of applicants, you can pick the cream of the crop of personalities.

All fake? No way, imagine if proof leaked out, how many careers would be destroyed, especially mark burnetts.

in season 2 of big brother US, a lot of the houseguests had their SAG cards. LOL

Show is real, but actors use them to further their careers. Usually kills any chance of a career, but people can hope.
