Ms. Jameson made her remarks as the industry reacted to reports that male actor Darren James had tested positive for HIV. She said she endorsed a 60-day moratorium on producing new films to assure that there are no additional HIV positive cases. ?ClubJenna has pushed its productions until the 60 day hahahahahaha has elapsed and we can be assured that the outbreak is contained. We strongly urge the rest of the industry to follow. This is our industry and our livelihood?.please help to ensure its safety.?



She added: ?I fully support the efforts of AIM (the Adult Industry Medical Health Care Foundation), which has done an incredibly good job in bringing awareness to ways people in our industry can protect themselves. If we don?t get behind AIM in every way and make sure we have air-tight self-regulation, then you can be sure that the government is going to step in and start doing it for us, and that will be a major mess.?

Jenna said it .. this is why this whole damn nightmare started. TTBOY and Darren should of at the very least gotten themselves retested after returning form Brazil. This would of contained the outbrack to just the two of them.

I was put on a 10 day SARS quarantine after a trip to SE Asia last year... that was some SCARY shit. I was sick as hell and they thought I had it until the tests came back. Say if you sleep with someone unprotected and you have fears the next week, you go get tested, its not gonna be completely accurate till that grace period is over with.

Good idea in theory. Demonstrate how it can realistically be applied to practice and the industry will fall in line.

Reality check: There's no way it could be 100% accurately enforced, short of some sort of adult performers union/registration network (and it's Big Brotherish overtones), which would still only spawn cottage non-union porn and continue the spiral.
