I seen some link about dead porn stars...Go figure there was like 20 or 30 that all died of Aids and about 10 or so who died from car wrecks,natuaral causes.

Ok for those of you who don't know who TTBoy is and why he can be at least partially held responsible for this tragedy.

TTBoy has been a male talent in the L.A. porn biz for probably 20 years - he's a short muscular guy who was probably the first of the really aggressive rough sex type studs.

TTBoy like most of the male performers who achieve some kind of ranking/status in the business started his own company, he became a producer. TTBoy shoots videos in HIV infested Latin American countries like Brazil. It is very risky to do so, the HIV rate in Brazil is so high that there is a LAW in Brazil that requires adult movie actors to wear a condom. All other production companies who go down to Brazil obey that law. TTBoy's company chose not to. TTBoy hired Darren James to fuck Brazilian young women without a condom. He knew the risk, he is not an idiot. He showed reckless disregard for his employee and himself. And most importantly, he showed reckless disregard for the hundreds of girls and guys back in L.A. who he and Darren James thought nothing about because upon returning from Brazil both these fucker immediately began to work with L.A. porn girls.


That's the story.

No neither guy set out to hurt anybody..........BUT they made their choice knowing full well the risk they were exposing themselves to and the hundred of innnocent people in Los Angeles.

Amazingly enough there has not been alot of HIV in the porn industry. In 1994 Marc Wallice tested positive for HIV and forged a clean test and infected four women with HIV. He became known as Dick O Death. He should have been put in jail for what he did. He now works for Simon Wolfe Productions as an editor or janitor.


In 1999 another male talent Tony Montana(?) who abused the needle became HIV positive. Nobody was infected by him.

And thats about it - though there are probably some others that nobody really knows about.

Sad but males and females should know the risks in this business. If one decides to enter the porn business as content they should not be innocent nor dumb.

Honestly it is stupid to blame who passed the disease, it is not like going your favorite store and trying on cloths. It is more like you had a open sore or you allowed some one to make one and they were infected and you did not care because you wanted the money.

in the days after 9/11 nobody wanted to deal with any accountability or blame, which is understandable under those conditions, but after time has passed Bush and his Administration are being held to the fire.

what if a porn company owner as in the Marc Wallice case knew that a male performer had tested positive and still hired him to work with a girl who was presented with a forged test for the male talent? shouldn't those people be held accountable or should everybody just say 'oh well, can't unring the bell now'?

This isn't the same thing and not a malicious act but it's still an act of negligence no? Does somebody have to commit first degree pre-meditated murder before they are held accoutable?
