Taxes......a MUST READ...
if you are an American and you pay taxes...you should read this...if you can even understand it that is...
Self-sacrifice is not synonymous with moral duty nor does it justify the accommodation of evil. The frivolous issue put forth and debated is whether or not the income tax is mandatory by law. No, it is not mandatory by law, but it is most definitely mandatory by force - police force. In the real world it does not matter what law requires. It matter what is required by force. Our lives are dominated and consumed by the process and payment of taxes. It would be accurate to say that our existence is indexed to the tax system in America. Yet not one person in ten million has the monetary understanding that income taxes have absolutely nothing to do with the economic or financial support of the federal government. The federal government does not need your income taxes to pay its bills. The income tax system (withholding) was inaugurated under the "crisis" of World War II in its present form. Before that time, not more than 1% of the American people paid any so-called tax on income. What did the government do for money all those years before World War II? Modern money is numbers and abstraction. The government/central bank creates those numbers and "pay" the numbers, called dollars, for what it needs. The monetary system of the United States is regulated by the IRS income tax system. The IRS income tax system implies in the public mind that the IRS is collecting taxes to support the federal government and pay its expenses. This is not true but it serves as a disguise to hide the fraud. What then is the IRS collecting? When you send your check to the IRS, the IRS then subtracts the numbers on your check from your checking account. In this action, the IRS is a regulator of your consumption. Your consumption of goods and services is reduced by the exact numbers. The fiat monetary system would not work without the regulation of your consumption. This essential function of the IRS is the reason that it is a system backed by police power. Does the IRS spend your numbers (dollars) or send them to Washington as taxes? No, they disappear in the reverse manner that they were created. The more numbers that disappear, the more the government can create without causing price inflation. When the IRS reduces your numbers, your consumption is effectively transferred to government consumption. The most revealing statement ever printed which describes the IRS system and reveals the fraud is that found in the book published in 1919 entitled "Economic Consequences of the Peace" by John Maynard Keynes. Lord Keynes is the darling of modern bankers, politicians and pseudo economists. Quote: "If government should refrain from regulation, (taxation) the worthlessness of the money becomes apparent and the fraud upon the people can be concealed no longer." This statement clearly says that the income tax system covers the fraud that government prints its own money. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT NEED YOUR NUMBERS (DOLLARS). IT CREATES ITS OWN IN UNLIMITED AMOUNTS. BUT THE PEOPLE MUST BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE PAYING TAXES ACCORDING TO "THEIR FAIR SHARE." :helpme |
Tell it to the judge and see how far you get.
|
|
/\ it's not for the judge...it's for the people so they can at least understand the concept...

Makes sense.. if you think about it.

TheDoc...
you must have missed line 3... No, it is not mandatory by law, but it is most definitely mandatory by force - police force. |
The government cannot just print unlimited amounts of money. This is how you make your dollar worthless.

The funny thing is that taxes are against the constitution.
That is why they made the ammendment. so that they could collect them |
i just think its funny cuz the average person thinks they pay taxes so the government can support itself...when they're actually just reducing and regulating your numbers and power to consume so they can continue to do their thing...

And the constitution doesn't specifically say that income taxes are wrong, but the supreme court ruled that income tax was unconstitutional, which is why the constitution was amended. To use your line of thinking, a woman's right to vote is unconstitutional also, but once the constitution gets amended what is and isn't constitutional changes. |

The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several states, and without regard to any census or enumeration. |
keyword "source"
follow link in my above post also the supreme court has said that the 16th conveyed no new taxing powers our income is protected by the constitution |
I followed the link....a bunch of convoluted bullshit if you ask me.
Reading stuff like that reminds me of reading the unabomber manifesto or the principles of the montana freeman, talking about how money is worthless because it isn't backed by gold and banks are evil institutions controlled by foreign powers blah blah blah. The government is coming to get us, let's go blow up a building. :1orglaugh |
actually it speaks nothing about blowing up buildings
but go ahead and continue to pay what you dont owe just trying to point a few of you toward the truth no problem if you feel otherwise :thumbsup |
Who cares whether taxes are illegal, real, fake, or whatever, I'd just like to keep my own money please!
|
and that is what the constitution says you can do
it is your right to keep it so please help to educate america since we have been asleep at the wheel |
any educated person should be able to read what i posted originally...and understand that it makes sense...

What would mean that we could launch our own money. As long as the user of that money believes in its worth, it's usable. Imagine Adult Money with nice chicks on it instead of ugly old men. :1orglaugh |

and if you care to learn more about our paper money
http://members.aol.com/_ht_a/tma68/griffin.htm if you're not outraged, you're not informed! |
I don't know here lot of people avoid to pay taxes but i realy don't want to have any problems with the law
|
and the law you are referring to is?
not avoiding paying taxes just not into paying taxes im not liable for |
The Income Tax system was implemented under "Wartime" which if you ask anyone with any knowledge of what is going on in the Gov't, the U.S. is ALWAYS in "Wartime". Many laws were started and have stayed in effect because of "Wartime" needs.

If you're outraged at the government being able to "create" money without consequences you are obviously ignorant of the consequences of flooding the world with your currency. There ARE consequences, but on a greater level than your paycheque or $30,000 debt owing to the IRS. You know what you call someone who refuses to pay taxes? A leech. Don't like taxes? Get an accountant and find loopholes or whatnot to save your money. Simply flat out refusing to pay taxes but driving on roads and walking in parks, as well as countless other things is both hypocritical and parasitic. |
