how long do your chairs last?

time for a new one for me. This is getting to be a yearly thing. I guess because I pretty much live in it.

how often do you need a new one?

Ice 04-15-2004 12:06 PM

I have had my current office chair for about 4 years. Paid about 450 bucks for it at office depot and haven't had one problem with it.

DR_PHIL 04-15-2004 12:12 PM

havent replaced mine in a while..still smells leathery

InsaneMidget 04-15-2004 12:14 PM

I will be replacing the one I have now probably in half a year or so, so a year in a half I got out of it or more....

aaron 04-15-2004 12:15 PM

i need a new one myself, a softer cushier one with the amount of time i sit here

Sosa 04-15-2004 12:24 PM

I've had my leather one for a little over a year now. Still holding up strong.

cayne 04-15-2004 12:30 PM

either you don't webmaster very much or it is a very good chair.

Get a proper chair that you don't ever need to replace, if you wanna replace the fabric or leather ya can.

Funny to read your post because I was just thinking about 20 mins ago that I need a new chair!!

Doctor Dre 04-15-2004 01:02 PM

I need to change both of my chairs . Computer chairs are so fuckign cheap . One only got one side to put my arm on and the other one is just too old .

Doctor Dre 04-15-2004 01:03 PM

But seriously I don't give a damn as I never use the arm thing ... I always got my hands on the keyboard or the mouse

stephanie m. 04-15-2004 01:03 PM

Ive had a leather one for about 6 months. It dosnt feel as good as it used to. My next one is going to vibrate.

Lucy 04-15-2004 01:18 PM

I will need new chair pretty soon too.:winkwink:

Lykos 04-15-2004 01:30 PM

Every fucking year:(

eroswebmaster 04-15-2004 01:33 PM

Looks like about about 8 months to a year...depends upon how many hours a day I sit in it.

Here lately it's been much more and the chair didn't last much longer than 7 months.

It's not broken but it started to lean a certain direction and was causing some back pain.

Sarah_Jayne 04-15-2004 02:39 PM

i am stuck back on the wooden chair that was my ass's home for a year a while back. Man does my bum hurt.

jact 04-15-2004 03:25 PM

I got this chair in 1996, I think it's time for a new one.

jimmyf 04-15-2004 03:43 PM

I got a leather one about 8 months ago, kept the old one also.

Vitasoy 04-15-2004 03:59 PM

Mine is about 3 years old, just some scruff marks here and there.

Manowar 04-15-2004 04:11 PM

mines about a year and a half, really need something more comfortable than this leather. A raised beanbag would be perfect, although i do use a laptop most of the time so i should just go and sit on the sofa

Ross 04-15-2004 05:00 PM

Had this current one for almost 2 years now and its still comfy as hell

paypaler 04-15-2004 05:02 PM

Stay away from WALMART chairs. I have learned my lesson!

69pornlinks 04-15-2004 05:04 PM
