The first one sucks, but I didn't think the 2nd one was too bad? Maybe because I'm not good making animated gifs, and don't have the time to try to be ...LOL So if someone can do better than that around the same price, hit me up on ICQ

No offence dude... but I wouldn't buy those.
You have the ability to use photoshop which is good. But you need to cut file size down and try some different techniques.

I can design banners like those and I am NOT a graphic designer.
