Verotel message

Verotel stands for quality. And that's what we want to offer.
We have announced on April 1st that we will make a split
between 'Verotel Pro customers' and 'Ticketsclub' customers
starting April 15th.

However, unfortunately we have to say that not ALL the
eleven translations of the order pages are correctly
implemented into our transaction processing system.
Of course we want to keep the same amount of volume
and transactions as with the current system, and we
think that a lack of translated order pages will give
an increase of volume and transactions.

That's why the management of Verotel has decided that:

1. The Ticketsclub switch will be made on
Monday April 19th. So, today, tomorrow and the
entire weekend everything stays the same as it is
right now. We will give you the information what
you have to change (the member link URL) on monday
by email if you are a future Ticketsclub customer.

2. Merchants from the selected group of Verotel Pro
customers can still fax their first registration
form BEFORE April 19th. They can find this registration
form in the Verotel Control Center as a PDF file.

If you have questions about the Verotel Pro program,
please contact the compliance department of Verotel
at [email protected].

We thank you for your patience,
and we wish you a great weekend.

Kind regards,

Verotel Management

This is confusing, to say the least.

Looks like "someone" stuck a cattle prod in their ass to get the changes instituted RIGHT NOW

The dutch seem to have their very own brand of "Engrish"...They speak it well but who knows what they mean.

The main concern we have right now is that we are seeing the most declines we have ever seen with Verotel and sales are suffereing. I just hope they can get it all together.

It's because you don't run an affiliate program.... :2 cents:

I dont process with Verotel though I have met with them a few times and to be fair they are under going a lot of changes. (for the better)

As a UK Payment Processor, its clesar to see they are making changes in order to continue to offer services to the adult market.

At Nochex we are also under going a application re hahahahaha so we can also adapt with the demands made by the WM's and also our bank.

Theres no doubt that CCBill in my view have the best overall solution though there are some very exciting new operations I have dealings with in the UK who are not too far behind.

12 months ago we were seeing posts every day about processors going under, things seem to have settled down. I have still have one major issue, cash bloody USD chq's.

Theres a real need for CCBill, Verotel and even Nochex to look at ways in which we can send money to people just starting out who get lots of small valued chqs.

Just to give you an idea, I got 6 chq's totaling $230 - its going to cost me in GBP £39 to cash them - this to me is where the market is failing us. I would guess there are a lot of others in the same situation as me.

The banks wont offer a way of moving money as Paypal do as they make their money from money transfers etc so it would shoot them selves in the foot.

just my

:2 cents: (less my clearence fee of course :winkwink: )

the fact you used to be a pass cracker does that have anything to do with you switching billers all the time?

se7en-x 10-10-2004 06:05 PM

good memory, but no. if u read the list of places I posted, they've all gone down... so it's got nothing to do with me. I haven't been a pass cracker since 97, you've been around awhile.
