Actually a friend of mine is from Spain married to 100% Japanese man, another one is half japanese half black.....
my other friend is Colombian dating a girl that is half Japanese half Colombian. So that isn't true...times are changing!:thumbsup

I am not disagreeing with u, but times are changing and the new generations are changing that. People see beauty everywhere now, people want new things. Nothing wrong with that. You can't please everyone, and I see among the Asian communities here that some mix and some don't....it's all personal choice. I knwo how strict parents are, but there's a time you have to let go of mommy.

I couldn't have said better. Actually most of them . There is a big part of hard working ones but they are paying for the lazy ones. That's how this country works.

I know plenty mixed asian couples, but NONE OF THEM HAVE KIDS, because to make a half white and half asian baby to many is somewhat a reminder of old things.

I am not sure why you are assuming that I can't grasp the concept of hybrid kids. I just told u my friends are hybrid kids!! What I am saying again, is that some people just don't give a damn about that...some people are just over that! I have a professor latino married to a Korean and they are having a baby, and couldn't be happier that this baby will have 2 more languages to learn, two more cultures... some people are over that! Every culture has shit like that. One of my best friends is from Albania. He is engaged to a white girl here, she learned his languages and his enire family is about to disown him b/c he isn't marrying an Albanian girl! Tough....his decision and people are changing that every day!

I have friends that lost both parent sin Nam and came here with their grandmother.

I have Korean freinds whos family is still in Korea.

Sure these people arent against mixed marriages, but given the chance we KNOW the troute they will take, its only natural.

My girlfriends highschool was 75% asian, all her friends were mostly asians growing up, they all came from war families and the like.

How columbians and Japs act where you are, must be different than the camps of war torn families here.

U are missing the point, every culture has it's bad shit, u think latinos are all happy to mix? Blacks? Asians? Shit, times are changing, and most new generation Asians are rebelling against their ancestor beliefs...that is what I am saying. I know Japan is very strict with mixing, they are one of the purest races around...but again, there are people who go out of that norm. If you read back I told u I know Black- Asian, Colombian-Asian, and Spanish-Asian, another latino- Asian. I also have a friend in Germany, half korean half white, married a white man, and she couldn't be happier. Has a 2 year old BEAUTIFUl girl, and is looking forward to having more kids. Her mixed brothers are all married- mixed wives and have kids.

I'm not trying to argue, you can't generalize an entire ethnic group...life is different all over, people are different all over... I respect your view, and I have my own view...:winkwink::thumbsup

I've already served in the military for this country once, and I wouldn't hesitate to join back up if they needed me. The only reason that I didn't go back in for this time around was that I'm over 35 and they won't take me. If they change that, I will go back in......I have friends that are still in the Army and are in Iraq right now, and if and when the Army needs me again, I would go back in a heartbeat.

....and I say that knowing that it would probably totally F#*k up my business goals and set me back a long long time.
