Are you a pro? What are you going to shoot? There are a lot of factors that could influence this "decision".

The Digital Rebel is versatile and could do the trick in most situations. If you're more of a prosumer I suggest you look at Sony F828 ... much better value especially if you don't need interchangeable lenses.

If you have $2000 in Canon lenses though, the Digital Rebel is the best choice though I somehow doubt you have any lenses :winkwink:
