here in hawaii its not the garbage truck that wakes me up every morning, its the dipshit blasting music in the garbage truck every morning. they seriously should not make cd players for those things..

There's a suburb south of Dublin that has golf carts, complete with yellow flashing lights etc that the trashmen use to 'hover' the truck with... IE: the people just set the trash cans outside their garage doors (20-30' from the street mind you) and the carts drive up TO the cans, get out of the cart, load them and then drive back (again 20-30') to the truck, get out and empty the cans, shake and repeat!

Talk about LAZY. And they might wonder why their sanitation crew consists of overweight men. :Graucho
