Anyone trade penny stocks in here?

Thinking of getting into it myself. I found 2 companies that I really want to invest in that have amazing products.

I tried my luck as a daytrader for a while (specifically penny stocks) but found that they were amazingly hard to time. I would honestly stay away from them however like anything your milage may vary.

I would however recommend that you use an online broker that is fast as hell as the time delay with slower brokerages will kill you on the trending....

Good luck! :thumbsup

Here are 3 sites to use that are excellent for researching small cap stocks:
www.stockhouse.com
www.smallcapcenter.com
www.ragingbull.com

I have worked with hundreds of penny stock companies in promoting them over the Internet...and, especially the ones trading on the OTCBB, its become such a speculative gamble that I won't even roll the dice despite knowing a lot of them very well.

I used to work for Stuart-James, then Chelsea Street Securites...both notorious penny dealers...dude, it's almost all a sham. I hate to break the nes to you, but I met CEO's, did all the due-dillegence you could ever imagine...and in the end, 1 outta 100 are legit, no matter what the red herring/prospectus/"news releases" from the companies say...

Good luck.

That was funny to put news releases in " ". I live in Vancouver, which employs more investor relations consultants than any other city on the planet. Its amazing how they get away with the press releases they put out.

Some of the stocks I bought during the Y2k craze BECAME penny stocks :feels-hot ... I recently sold the remaining three positions and paid more fees than the "value" of the stocks.

Just remember when looking closer that many small cap companies employ investor relations shills to pump positive/ficticious info. on message boards so don't believe what you read.

Penny stocks are really too much risky, if you want a suggestion take a look to Forex market, there you can make a solid income

Be careful, very careful. These stocks can be easily manipulated. Day traders will run them up, suck in the afternoon buyers and then short it and you'll get nailed.
