I would have to say yes as far as photo content production is concerned. If your paying a young lady to pose provocatively for you that still doesnt give you the right to "Sample the goods" as many so called "professionals" brag about doing.

It's a business, treat it as such, treat your girls with respect and they will refer their friends to you and keep your business alive.

Thats just for photo content production though, never worked in video content production so I cant say, i would think the same would apply however.

the girls/guys only agree to do certain things in a model release. anything outside that without consent could be considered harassment or even rape.

hell, if a girl signs a model release for a solo shoot and you slap her ass as she walks by, that's sexual harassment.
