How do these vacation condos work?
 

i was looking at these condos at a nearby ski resort (tremblant)

they are for sale and are runned by hotels..

so how does it work, u stay half the time and rent out others?

I think there Time Shares. You buy the condo along with several other people and you get dates that you can stay...
