yes, we can get real-time quotes/charts, but most of intraday prices % gainers is delayed at least 15 mins, none is real-time:helpme

One place http://www.ino.com/ Click on Extreme stocks in the upper right. To get realtime stock quotes, I think you hafve to pay an exchange fee, otherwise it's delayed
