Do you like to try new things(like new projects) and ?get hurt? by yourself or do you wait until someone else will do it and then you jump on the wagon?

You can't be only one ...

You gotta follow for some time and then go on your own .

Look at babies ... they follow you . When they turn 18-19, they go on their own and often do better then you did .

You gotta learn before you can start doing your own projects.

When i start a new project i start it planning not to fail right from the start.
If you have any doubt from the start that's not good.

If you have an eye for something that is working and you make competition and do it better then your in a position to get yourself in front.

Starting new stuff is great and exciting for me..

Sometimes I lead but not in this thread your the leader here. :)

While I have had very few compleatly origional ideas I like taking other people's ideas and seeing how I can improve them or build on them. Plugging revenue holes, finding ways to make that little bit more money off the same number of visitors etc.

Depends who's leading and where.

I always keep an eyes on new idea, then make massive research before I make the decision whether start the new project

e.g. One new thing I find yesterday ( at least for me )
